All you need to know

Simple rules

Send the item back to POPPRI and get back up to 30% of the purchase amount – this applies to all items sold by POPPRI on eBay or poppri.com.
  • Valid within 1 year of purchasing the item.
  • Item must be purchased at POPPRI.
  • Item can be in any condition, but still wearable.
  • You cover shipping costs.
  • Money can be donated to charity. It’s up to you.
  • Make sure it’s not underwear, swimwear or socks.

  1. Sign-up for program

    For the moment of registration all your purchased items will participate in Buy-Back program. Items purchased 30 days before registration can participate too.

  2. Save the label

    Don't forget to save the item's labels for a successful return.

  3. Initiate the return

    When you are ready to return - fill out the form at: https://poppri.com/pages/buy-back and wait for further instructions from our support.

  4. Mark all checkboxes

    We will ask you to provide information about items' status and purchase documents.

  5. Send it to POPPRI

    Don't forget to provide the tracking number of the shipment to POPPRI!!

  6. Enjoy your returned 30%

    We will transfer 30% of items' purchase amount back to bank account that you have provided us during registration.
