ARE YOU SELLING AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS?
Yes, all pieces are 100% authentic!
We would not risk our reputation, so you will definitely be receiving genuine products. All of them are 100% checked by our control system and marked with the special guarantee badge.
CAN YOU MEASURE AN ARTICLE OF CLOTHING FOR ME?
Our primary desire is to make your clothes fit you. In this case, we do our best to keep measures perfectly precise, and every model of each size is measured manually.
I BOUGHT THE WRONG COLOUR & SIZE. CAN YOU SEND ME A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR SIZE?
Unfortunately, we do not swap sizes, colour or exchange items. However, we can cancel your item or send you a request to cancel transaction, so you will be able buy on the right size.
I LIVE LOCALLY. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are selling items only through online, and there is no opportunity to pick up your order directly from our office. Sorry!
Ordering & Payments
PAYMENT
We accept payments by PayPal, credit and debit cards, you just have to add and save your card details. However, we do not accept card payment by phone or in-person.
Payment must be received within 3 days after the purchase unless buyer has contacted us in advance, otherwise, our system will automatically open Unpaid Item Case.
If you've placed a winning bid or clicked the Buy It Now button in a listing, you've committed to purchasing that item. If you don't pay for it, even if you've changed your mind, you violate the unpaid item policy.
By eBay & PayPal rules we must post items to PayPal delivery address only, so please make sure to make the payment with a correct delivery address.
PLEASE NOTE: Combined invoice can be sent for the maximum of 5 items. All items must be on the same invoice and should be won & paid within 3 days, in order to get a combined delivery and packaging discount.
If you will have 5 unpaid items or unpaid item cases, you will be automatically restricted from bidding. Therefore, please make sure to bid on the items you will be happy to complete the transaction.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY?
Once our warehouse processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t reached the fulfilment stage, it’s possible we may still be able to change or cancel it.

HOW DO I ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?
Look for the space to enter your discount code at the last step of checkout. The discount will immediately be reflected in your payment total.
Please note that we accept only one discount code per order.
Shipping & Delivery
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide, but please check excluded countries list, but if your country is not available in our checkout we are unable to ship there at this time.
We also cannot ship directly to APO/FPO, PO BOX or Parcel locker addresses. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at these drop-off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard shipping to our selected areas is free! However, prior to confirming your order, you’ll be able to select expedited delivery options and review the prices for each option.
HOW LONG AFTER THE PAYMENT WILL YOU DISPATCH THE ORDER?
We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order within 2 business days of it being placed. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We keep responsibility for every purchase step, so we choose only reputable and time-tested partners for our items delivery. With over 100 000 shipments delivered all over the world and 99.9% of them delivered on time, we have enough experience to make sure you will be happy with your delivery as well.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR AN ITEM?
In line with the PayPal policies we are required to ship to the address provided on your payment. If you wish to receive your purchase to a different address, we will have to refund your payment and send you a new invoice, so you can pay with the correct delivery address.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend you contacting your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying, so it will be no surprise.
FROM WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania or UK.

Returns & Exchanges
CAN I RETURN THE ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOU?
Yes, of course, if the item does not match your primary vision, you will have 30 days to return it. However, all items must be in their original condition: not worn, not washed, and with all tags and labels. Any return must be notified to us first and then returned by recorded post within 14 days of receipt.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/colour than what was purchased in the shop. However, we will accept your return for a purchase price refund. Please contact us for return instructions.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING I PURCHASED IS NOT AS DESCRIBED?
We do our best to describe each item accurately, but if our listing was inaccurate, we will be happy to assist when dealing with the situation. Should there occur any defects, we will do our best to set things right. In such case we will ensure a free return and full assistance with the next purchase. WHEN I WILL GET MY REFUND?
All items must be in its original condition: not worn, not washed and with all the tags and labels attached, otherwise refund will not be issued and item will be destroyed.
We will only refund the original cost of the item's price and we will not refund any postal costs unless the problem was caused by ourselves.
Refund will be issued within 3 working days of the receipt of your return.
